We provide a blank canvas so you can personalise your new home. Although we provide a number of choices and additional options for you to choose from we do not limit you to a list of suppliers, meaning you can more or less select any tile or floor covering.

You can also customise your home further with the assistance of our external lighting, landscaping and interior design consultants.
Choices and selections are only available up to certain stage of construction. These choices are also subject to individual house pc allowances and any additional selections must be paid for at the time of ordering. Please ask for further details.
